For shorter distances make sure you have a comfortable pair of shoes. Something that provides support and doesn’t pinch or rub. Trainers are ideal. You don’t need special clothing for walking, but we suggest you wear something comfortable that can move freely.
If you are travelling further, take water and low fat snacks. If you are going further afield, hillwalking for example, you should take a small back pack with snacks and possibly a lightweight waterproof jacket.
